National Disability Awareness Month
Neurodivergent individuals are still under-employed. In 2023, the unemployment rate for people with disabilities was 7.2%, which is about twice as high as the 3.5% rate for people without disabilities. Yet, statistics show us that hiring neurodiverse individuals has proven financial and cultural benefits.
